It’s a style of coffee, grown in a different way than traditional methods and is grown specifically to withstand a monsoon-like period at the end of the growing season. Typically it is grown in wetter regions than those grown in the other two methods, but is also often known for producing a bold, “sour” tasting coffee. What is monsooned coffee?
